Makes a joke of the system that the team that dominated the league wont be in the final and the team that finished 5th could win it, it just rewards mediocraty

Not really the rules are there at the start and everyone knows what the script is! Leeds have slowly been improving all season and have now reached both finals so hardly mediocre!



Leeds defence was awesome at times they got numbers in the tackle and were physical. They didnt give Wire much field position through easy yards and gave themselves a chance to be in the game.



Wire looked like the pressure was on them and didnt produce their usual with the ball. Sure they will be back up there again next season, hopefully Huddersfield will be more of a threat come play off time and we can have a league with 5 teams who can realistically win it!!

Unlucky Wire, was really rooting for you last night but just wasn't to be. Think the week off was detrimental for you as you have been on a great roll before it. Still you can take solace in being the best team throughout the season regardless of the GF winner.

As a Leeds fan I know how you are feeling but what a great game. Tony Smith is a great coach and you will get to and win a Grand Final at some point soon. This game hung in the balance all the way and was played in the true spirit of our great game.

You can still be proud of your lads, they really have entertained in 2011.

Hard luck. As a Wigan fan it's hard for me to say this but you guys deserved more from your season. As we were reminded constantly (until we got the gf too) the league leaders, despite in my opinion being the award to be most proud of, isn't worth a thing.



Chin up you'll probably do it next year just glad you seem to have seen the worth of Riley now he's a great young player who I'd have at Wigan in a heartbeat. We have been to the semis and lost a fair few times in recent years and it hurts so i know how it feels you guys have a lot to be proud of this year you've proved yourself as a force and moving forward if we can both get rid of our trolls on these boards you'll begin to earn the respect we give saints in time.

I know most of you will be gutted and have sore heads from drowning your sorrows dont forget we have been were you are 3 times but take the positives out of this season were was you last season? You have come on leaps and bounds and it will only get better



I'm a bit gutted really wanted to have a beer and a chat/banter with some of you round Manchester next week (this isn't me thinking we are there we go every season no matter who gets there) so if any of you are still going shoot me a pm and we can meet up
