its sad...and I hate the fact it has come to this....but it is his team, his players that look totally clueless, no heart, no pride, no fight. Time to get in some new ideas, some new direction. The recruitment this year has been a total shambles. we have no halves, no backs, ....I honestly think this is as bad a side that I have seen in 30+ years watching.

As a club, we're in crisis. I can't see a way out

Need two new half backs, centres and wingers are poor, no decent full back. Pack is good but not firing and even if it was at full throttle how on earth are we supposed to finish in the top 8 with a ridiculously woeful 1-7? No other super league team would take any of that current 7.

Looks lost at the moment Tony. Undone perhaps by your lack of a youth system? The players coming through are just awful, combined with the likes of Westwood and Atkins overstaying their usefulness and it's a bad situation.



Having said that 4th isn't gone. No side outside of Cas and Wigan look capable of any sort of consistency so now is the time to act if Warrington are going to sack him.



Your backs are a massive issue, do you really not have anyone in the academy who could shift Evans, Russell or Atkins?

No we don't. We did have one decent winger but tony didnt like him so he barely played and never will again. We have a bouncy rubber ball on the wing instead cos he can scoot....well sideways and he has absolutely NO rugby brains whatsoever. Young wingers and centres probably don't sign for wire knowing that their combination of pace and finishing is not highly sought after by mr smith
