As all you Warrington fans are fair sporting people and as tony Smith is a fair bloke am i right in thinking you will scrap the unfair advantage you have. That being you are allowed is it 4 or 5 overseas players and us 1, surely the same rules should apply to both teams in the SAME competition

If you want no overseas players at all, replace Monaghan with Higham.

The scary and pleasing thing about that, is that is still a very good side.

You could also add Rhys Evans, Lee Mitchell and Rhys Williams.

I think its a disgracefull and shocking rule to be honest and its no wonder there scrapping the cup from the protected TV list. Super league teams really do not need this kind of advantage anyway, how in gods name can there be different rules for different teams in the same cup comp, baffles me it really does and is one of the reasons after 30 odd years of watching Rovers, GB, England, Cup finals, grand finals, i now only watch Rovers out of loyalty, the game stinks from top to bottom

That team would still put 50 past the Yorkshire pit village pub side we'll be up against in the next round. Couldn't have asked for a much easier draw really.



For the Featherstone fan, surely excluding some of the best players in the country such as King, Monaghan, and Solomona from playing would further devalue the competition.



Hull FC v Leeds should be a cracking cup tie with a massive crowd, and hopefully one that invigorates this competion from the word go as well as knocking out one of our main rivals.

I like Featherstone as a club. In 1995, they were in a similar situation to us with possible merger (Calder Valley!). I'd like to see them do well, but not at our expense of course. Pit village pub side is how most rugby league teams started, so no shame in that.

They also have a ground that is far better than two of their near neighbours, Wakefield and Cas, and that little pit village team has produced more than its share of great players over the years.
