be interesting to see how he goes next year in a good catalan side... with leon pryce playing in as well if the rumours are to believed....

i never did find out how he seemed to randomly break his nose and have blood smeared all over his face prior to scoring in last years cup final.

He certainly fits in with the physical Catalans style.



I think he'll do well in France.

When you look back at the try in a certain shot you can see Brent Webb's foot hitting Louis in his face. And what a nice face it is too

Remember the game breaking hit he did at Wigan last season on our own line. Awesome.

harrison h... and all the pies were crying offside... 'he must have been to hit him from there'... and when it was watched back you could see he was onside..... quality hit.



harrison h didnt have much fun against us last season...... morley gave him hit of the season in the first encounter at the HJ.

heres a thought, next season, out of the 08 season mega signing spree, theres only monaghan going to be here. And at the time i and many people thought he'd be the oine most likely to bugger off home.

I'm surprised he is getting some less than favourable plaudits. Powerful, in defence and attack, pretty good turn of pace, and knows where the try line is. Always enjoyed watching Louis play, he always had a big play in him when it was required.



I'm happy with Waterhouse as a replacement, so can't really grumble in that respect. In fact, I reckon he will thrive at Catalans where he will be expected to utilise his offloads more.

Westwood gets a lot of plaudits (rightly), but Anderson has been 'the silent assassin' for some time. He's done well for us and I'm sorry to see him go.

Agree with the later posts, Louis has been a very good player for us, and I hope his replacement is as good as he's being billed on here.

In some big games. He is a big game player. I don't mean he is poor for the rest of the season, but he does seem to save his best for when it really matters. His best is outstanding.
