Fair do's. They've backed Ainscough to the hilt imo. Maybe he should have said they back their 'youngsters' to the hilt because they do rightly or wrongly.
As for Mathers you may have seen on our board after the Semi i said the way a section of Wigan fans treated him last Saturday was embarrasing. He's a good lad and never gave anything less then 100% for Wigan.
He didn't deserve the stick he got. |

some of the pathetic Penny bashing reminds me of the Mathers bashing at Pie dome
Look at Mathers now when he has fans that back him.
Back Penny and we'll reap the reward
if he'd intercepted any ball last night certain try.
look at the Anderson brothers break the line but get caught, if any of those incidents had been Penny, certain try.
He took a great cross field kick and with a touch of luck would again have gone full length. No one else in our team can do that.
