Whats the capacity?



Is there no proper place for the screen? It seems to be under one of the stands. Wonder how much that reduces the capacity by?

Would have thought it'd be better accomodated in the corner but obviously not. Current position would knock a couple of hundred off the capacity of the away end.

If there's room for it in one of the corners, it may just be under the stand due to weather.

Does it matter about the capacity? , are they ever going to fill it?



It is apparently 12,000 , but I'd suggest more like 10,000 , around 4,500 on tonight



I think we have seen this years SL wooden spoon contenders on TV this weekend

The break even figure at Salford this year is 7000. Me thinks they could be in trouble financially very quickly if they keep attracting measily crowd figures like that.

If their application says its 12,000 but when on TV its only say 11,200, then it should matter.

Not good considering there were around a third of those from Cas tonight, so they are getting a 1,000 more home fans in SL than we currently are getting in the Championship

Where were they all? There didn't look to be that many on from what I saw on TV

Wasn't the main camera's in the main stand, like Fred does at LSV.

Yes but if you watched the behind sticks camera, the main stand wasn' t that full either, I'd say 1,500 from Cas, 1,200 in the new shed, 3,4 hundred in the east, and 2,000 ish in the main stand



They have a hell of a lot of work to do to make this work

Which would take you pretty close to the 5,200 crowd announced at the game, wouldn't it?!

The difference was probably the corporates that stayed in the warm rather then come out in the cold to watch the match

I'm affraid that Salford (whatever they call it) stadium are going to have to learn the hard way. They could start by scrapping the £5 carpark charge for parking on a building site. Mud and all. Joke and I feel for Reds fans.
