Fev havn't had a sticky spell yet, not many teams can go through a season without a bad patch, maye Fev's will come at the wrong time for them.

Fev could well absorb the loss of Morrisson and Parker without feeling it too much. The loss of Tommy Saxton is a bigger blow - and it showed on SUnday.

We were dreadful and will need a 100% improvement on that game to beat Leigh.

Still, whatever happens thursday we'll still be top of the league!!

As a Barrow fan I will be cheering for selfish reasons. Can't wait to watch the game, it should be a cracker.

I think you are safe at the top. I didn't rate Fev when they came to Leigh in the NRC, but I do now!! You're top because you have beaten all the other teams!



As for Thursday, take a look at Leigh's recent league form - played six, won two, (Whitehaven & Keighley = bottom two) lost four. Thursday isn't a six-pointer for us, we have to win to try and compete for 2nd/3rd places.

Fev are a team of grafters Fred, I will give you that, but they have no Rooney or Catic thats for sure !



We will see how it goes I suppose. Play uphill first half, keep them to within 10 and take over 2nd half.



Saxton is a huge loss for them. Get into Brigg's face and I honestly feel that we have a good chance if we play to our potential.
