Salford are in crisis. Their players are currently not receiving their wages.

Maybe Peel Holdings will rescue them.



The rent they were charging Salford was extortionate and Sale RUFC will be relegated and no residence by Man City reserves will save them ie Pool not taking a big hit on their outlay for their building of the Barton Stadium.



They will imo shell out £700k to save Salford or they will take a £20 million hit.

In View of the fact that your game against Salford is cancelled can I tempt you to attend the Ian Watson testimonial game on the Saturday if nothing more than to support an ex-player and great servant to the game, plus to get a Rugby League Fix. The match is on the 29th it'll cost you a tenner for adults and two quid for kids.
