The delay in announcing the pricing and day of the game was last weeks news, get over it. No one knows who's fault it was that it took so long, but people have managed to point the blame at our own club.



I have these things called mates. And we easily sorted out one of us going down to the ticket office and buying everyone elses tickets. It's not rocket science.

Am i missing something,or can you not just turn up on the night and pay? if so, you cant get any easier than that.

Think what it is with some who have kids if they don't buy their tickets in advance it will cost them a tenner more.

I have posted on another thread people can order their tickets from the ticket office and pick them up at the LSV reception which has a 24 hour prescence. Simples.

You can pay on the night and I think that's what the majority of people will now do but I think what people are pointing to is the momentum of word of mouth backed up by the club being proactive increases ticket sales so people think 'I'd better get my ticket' as they don't want to miss something or be left out.

In effect it helps build the fixture up and makes it a occasion the club can profit well from.



The problem we've seen with pay on the gate rather than a good buy before you go policy is that all kinds of external differences can effect it such as poor weather and even a off day for the team in the weeks previous fixture.

I cannot imagine though Fax or Fev only having sold 300 tickets if playing Bradford or Cas if the draw had thrown them a huge cash lifeline so I suspect that's why people are frustrated.



Its too late now so lets hope the club are learning from this should we get Wire away in the next round
