I suppose the Boardroom for our Directors is like the changing room for a players. To look round and see the strength in numbers that we now have in every position fills me with confidence we can go out and deliver.
To employ this management team we now have in the Boardroom would cost over a million pounds per year so the 100k pa cash going in just lays the platform to set about executing the buisness plan, the real investment is professional services and time which will really move this club forward and create a community club we can all be part of and be proud of.
It's important we don't forget the great work done by everyone in the past but it's now time to look forward with ambition, Unite and take the first steps on the way to the promised land.
