We scored more points with Bob on and won 36-12 against a very strong Fev side.

What you are also ignoring here is the a game plan that was probably always meant to bring a fresh Penky back on to run at and finish off a tired Fev in the last 15 mins.

That went slightly sideways with the carding of Penky but we still did it with a tired Bob Beswick.

Penky or Beswick is something I've wondered about and watched for all season. As a result I took the time to watch the final game video with a view to just that (after seeing it live and watching it once just for the fun of it). My perception on the day was weighted towards what you initially said but a game review looking at that aspect shows for me that PR got it right.

No coach gets it right all the time, even fewer would admit it

I have to say that all this season in some games Penky has started and some Bob has started. In the games where either player looked to be struggling the other has come on and look how any games we won. I think that is one of the major pluses for Paul's coaching. Knowing when to switch them. Last night they were both on fire and as DP said in his commentary in was Penky's finest 20mims in a Leigh shirt. To think that Fev wouldn't have had a spell like they did is a bit daft but people do see games in different lights. My take on last night is that if we had had Spenner, TG and Sam out there it would have been a very one sided game.

this forum is suppose to be about making comments and opinions and not about insulting remarks,you would not say it to my face and you would not say it if you knew who I was.

if you disagree then disagree and be polite and not insult please.

My views simple if I was the coach and any player is happy to be taken off (or not selected) then I'd be disappointed in his attitude, he should be chomping at the bit to get out there on that field.
