It was just an observation about Aussies and your list.Myself I'm not sure about replacement Coaches,it's natural to discuss the Topic , but shouldn't we wait till we have to replace them?Again my view is neither Jukesy who is a really nice guy,but is in over his head at Coaching, or KC who has shown at Saints isn't up to the Job are the blokes we require to get us into SL.



I've got a feeling we may wait till it's to late,HKR seem to be struggling to cope with SL standards at the moment, but if we played the current bottom 4 in SL at present the result on present form would be Carnage.Money doesn't buy class players, it helps but look at some of our overseas investments, ie Glenn Stewart.There is time for the current squad to get things right, but slowly the games will pass,we NEED wins against Toulouse, Fev, and Fax,to get the run going, make the players feel confident, hopefully the Coaches as well,and get the happy feeling back with the Fans, because a few more losses will see gates reduce.

No, I haven't read Jukesys comments after the Barrow, because I haven't seen them,simple as,it wasn't long ago when the Club was very upfront about news and what was occurring at the Club, at the moment we seem to be going back to the days of keeping Schtum.

Salford took a massive gamble with Watson in my humble opinion. Then got him the right man to lead him in Sheens. Now Watson is proving to be a successful coach with not much funding. Spot on Charlie. Iv'e seen more Rowley interviews on youtube than Jukes on Lctv. Very secretive. Lack of interviews on LCTV since Dave Parkys days

The problem is if we do happen to win our next 2 games NJ will be kept on but he isn't good enough and wasn't good enough to keep us in SL. It is boring 1 man rugby which is so easy for opposing teams to play against. DB should have got rid. It is becoming like a messy divorce.

NJ will not take us into SL and this season could see DB walking if we don't get promoted because there won't be another chance with more American teams coming on board.

Graham, this is what worries me,there's already another thread on here saying it has to promotion or bust, and I agree,to stand a chance of doing this we must be in the top 2, but how much of a start can we give our rivals?It's no use keep saying things will come right, when we click, or the grounds get better,that's the Nero attitude.

In the next 3 games we need to win and put a marker down to our rivals,Derek has said he has no appetite for championship rugby and that will be our future if we don't get there this season, so it's make or break,are Jukesy and KC the men to take us into SL?

No not a cat in hells chance. If Derek decides to let ONE of them stay. Which one if any would be the preference.? Purely a hypothetical question

There has been talk about a 10 team SL-1 and 10 team SL-2 for 2019. If this transpires, Then the big question is, Will Leigh be in SL next season? Yes, SL-2.

Derek, I've heard the same rumours, however it will be interesting to see what the funding would be for the teams, especially those in the SL 2 group.And even if this plan came to fruition,should we keep the same coaching team?

IF Derek decided to let one stay, who would I prefer?That's like saying would you prefer,the Firing Squad, or Electric Chair?I'm not sure.
