There aren’t many players going to move around the world with young families for a 1 year deal with the relegation favourites unfortunately, even if I do agree with the reasons behind doing it.

Gary Schofield can make his sensationalist predictions all he likes but the existing team have the advantage.



It took Trinity 5 years before we could challenge in SL. Same for Salford whilst Widnes never really managed it. Hudds and Hull could throw money at it but Hudds have still never won anything much and it took Hull a while, ditto HKR.



Truth is being in SL from the start was the key. The only way around this issue is a five year franchise but that’s decisive in itself as it’s just not the British way.



Best of luck and I mean that but you’ll need it, we still do and it’s now 22 seasons in SL for us.



On the plus side you do have excellent facilities and maybe if sense prevails there will be no relegation this year. That one years grace could be the making of you if used wisely.

The following is taken from the just issued email I received from the club re the return of supporters. It is in bold type as a statement at the end of the email.

“The operational board can also confirm that despite the loss of crowds, followed by restricted crowds and significantly increased costs it is still committed to adding quality players and utilising its non-federation trained available spots to further strengthen the squad to support a competitive return to the Betfred Super League.”

Harry did you get a refund for your ST ,after being misled into purchasing one ?Just going off your posts on TRL (would`ve replied to you on there but I was banned by some 4ckt ckn) . So how did you go on Harry?

I didn't apply for a refund Bart and I wasn't mislead into purchasing one, I was just miffed that I did not know about the "no returns" policy, and on reflection I didn't ask "what if we miss some games at home due to covid" when purchasing. I have been a supporter of the club for 60 years to long to take my bat and ball home.
