I spoke to him this morning and he says he is going to attend more Leigh games very soon , and even spoke well of Salfordlad and Roman Officer , said he was looking forward to meeting them again .

it appears that the sending off of Barlow was due to punching the Halifax assistant coach right in front of the RFL match commissioner.....I think they will throw the
book at him for that, and add that to his other 'pending' indiscretion I cant imagine
he will wear a Leigh shirt again for the rest of the season.....

What a day. First away game of the year for me and first ever away game for the mrs, she loved it.
Am I right in saying with Bob Beswick on the pitch we won 36-0 and with him off lost 0-28?
He was immense.

Is that what happened? Usually if a punch is thrown there’s a bit of commotion afterwards but no one around us saw anything.  |

| if you watch the game on centurions tv about 59 mins in just as we go in to make it 24 - 16 barlow comes across and takes a swing at fax num 4 (heaton?) kinda misses and then starts on 25 (potts) then ando tries to pull him off the pitch, wilkes had been trying to get on for a bit and barlow wasnt having it. He also looked like he was getting in Kez's way at the ptb but that couldve been a deliberate move.
He then gets dragged off and trudges off to sit in dug out but too late as the official dealing with the substitution saw it and ref drags him back on to field to be sent for an early bath.
i was busy having a right go at him for being a complete tool and getting involved in that crap whilst we were on top as i saw him do it.
at 1 hr 8 mins its confirmed by our awesome commentary team who got info from match commissioner 
in conclusion watch the game one centurions tv and all is made clear
We concentrated on the rugby after that and reaped the rewards. Even with 12 men if we don't give away stupid penalties and complete our sets we will be very hard to deal with for most teams. |

Thanks, I said to young glow it must have been something after the try was awarded as it would have been wiped off otherwise, but neither of us saw anything.
I haven’t got round to purchasing LCTV yet  ...about two month ago I bought the Apple TV especially to watch it on, (as recommended by the local Plumber), but other events have prevented me from having the time to even open the box. Hopefully open it over Easter. |
