It wasnt the actual lease, it was a ' Commitment to move ' , if it wasnt signed then the LSV site would have been developed without a stadium , but with more retail and community facilities and the actual ' footprint ' of Hilton Park, which is clearly marked out now with the fence separating the council owned former Leigh East site and the Grundy Hill site would have resulted in a 1,000 capacity stadium

Don't know what the timescale is for away clubs in RL 'shared gate' games, but my favourite Scottish footie team Hamilton Accies, only got paid last month for a cup tie that was played in October...albeit from Dunfermline who are now in administration.

The players havent been paid YET ,but Derek Beaumont told them all they would be ,and the club hasnt been paid any money from Wigan YET ,the post match Awards was very interesting ,Derek Beaumont spoke as a Leyther , and was very positive , im sure he will answer all his critics as well as he did the Heckler today , shut him up in seconds .

Have been told what it was although being told isn't always accurate. Well I thought about £21k but apparently a lot more than that.
