I know those are the rules we (the clubs, I hasten to add) all 'signed' up to, but it won't stop the RFL being a laughing stock, again!

Did every club know Toulouse were exempt from relegation before a ball was kicked? yes



Did Toulouse play their last run of matches knowing they couldn't get relegated? yes



Would Toulouse have been scrapping for every win and bonus point in the last few games had they known they could be relegated? yes



Bad luck to Leigh but Toulouse can't be used as an excuse. Shame that they didn't get their act together in time. I'm sure you will bounce back.

Why the feck do the RFL member clubs vote for these rules, or do SL club votes count double.

If a club would have voted against it, would the RFL have made their lives a nightmare? Arm twisting by the RFL me thinks.

Got to agree the RL have got it wrong again ! But everyone knew before hand that Toulouse had an exeption .
