I only asked a simple question because someone had quoted 1.8 million pounds investment over 3 years and said that we would be the richest club outside of Super League. I've been informed since that this is a wrong figure, but some fans may only read that message and think that is what is being invested.



Why on earth am I being attacked like this? I was just asking a simple question. How much money in crispy bank notes is being invested and what players are being targeted? That question still hasn't been answered. Surely supporters should know how much money is being invested to get us back to the top. I have applauded these people for giving their time and expertise to try and help Leigh and I wish them the very best of success.



It worries me when a person asks a simple question and is hounded down by the people who drool over Wiggin reserves playing for Leigh, when Leigh players signed up to the club must be getting really disgruntled.



I don't know if they are injured, but what has happened to Higson and Rowe. That Rowe is a brilliant prospect and Higson plays with his heart on his sleeve. How many players contracted to Leigh are being kept out by Wiggin reserves???

Michael Norris has said if you contact him he will talk to you about some of the information you require in a one on one fashion - the club cannot do any fairer than that.

Demon is right when he says quite a lot was discussed on the interviews on Leigh TV so some of the info you want might be in those various interviews but you may need to join Leigh TV (£3.50) to see those interviews, pretty sure the local press will carry some of what was said though so might get it from the Reporter / Journal websites.

WYSIWYG if you followed Leigh then you would know the status of Higson and any other player for that matter .

At least I get you all talking and maybe thinking. It's not the same boring - I'll see you at the poker night - or wasn't that Wigginer good for us, I wish we had him - or I'm going to The Goose cos it 20p a pint cheaper.

Someone jumped to a massively wrong conclusion, for which he has apologized. Unfortunately it has become quite a damaging mistake. Anybody really thinking about it for a second would have realized $1.8M was never going to be the right number. In addition, the error was corrected by about 6 people later down the thread and the information is readily available on the official site.



If you want to know why you get peoples backs up - simply look at the tone of your posts and the attitude of entitlement and arrogance that they convey.
