I dont think thats a bad crowd considering theres no complimentary tickets for the cup games and no season ticket holders can get in apart from SL ones, so like i say no season ticket holders got in for free, so not bad at all.
Fax were hoping for a sell out today but i think we will sell about 2K tickets and Bradford cant give away 3K tickets to their 10K+ season ticket holders. Oh the magic of the cup. |

Let it go San, the scars of last year seem so deep seated you need help. Oh and not many SL teams brought 2500 to HP in 2005, but thats all history now. |

Saints and Wigan managed it as well.
Don't think I'm the only one who was a little surprised at how low the announced crowd was as I can't think of any occasions where either stand has seemed busier (my rule of thumb is how far people spread out in the West, and it was busy right up to the try line at the North end). |

Another thing that annoyed the hell out of me was when Higson was tackled in 1st half and the Cats player took an age to get off ,one of them crawled all over him literally ,then not long after he got Leigh for holding down ,unbelievable !!!!

Away followings obviously played [isome[/i part for the most part, but the pull of Super League (even with a losing side) was a big factor for an increased home support. Understandably easier to attract people to watch us play Wigan, Saints, Leeds etc than it is (no disrespect intended) to play Hunslet, Dewsbury et al. |
