Anyone else not recieved their tickets yet. Spent most of today trying to get through to ask about my tickets for the match and guess what they put you on hold and then cut you off after about 5 mins. Is this another RFL shambles ???



Why did I bother

had no problem with mine, ordered them and they were here the week after.

Just got through and told a printing error on 27th August was the reason we did not get ours and they are sending us out duplicates.



Looks like they are just sorting it if you complain and waiting on the phone looks the only option.



Why they did not make that public and have an email address for anyone concerned to contact them and get it looked into is anyones guess.

I've tried to get in touch with the RLWC customer services for two days now. Must have tried 25-30 times. Every time either cut off or left ringing and ringing. Shoddy service - and as said above have sent me endless emails over the last few weeks, but not one to tell me about the delays. Thankfully came on here and found out others had similar problems. I booked my tickets in April, receiving two for another game I'm going to weeks ago. Just how many people are on the switchboards? Shambles.

I've been trying to get through to customer services all day, with no luck and also fed up of that Mumbo no 5!!

Got 2 tickets together for semi's, then another couple of mates wanted to go but could only get 2 tickets 9 rows behind and now another mate wants to go. I hoped to swap the 4 I have for 5 together but no chance whatsoever.

I've now got 5 together so got 2 pairs for sale.

I am after a couple of tickets for the ENG v IRE game for a mate. He has just learned his lad is singing with the Lindley school choir and its sold out of course.
