So Noble has been told He needs to make a decision today on accepting a director of football job or that it will go to someone being lined up from the NRL. Having already been replaced as Head Coach and now finding himself with this ultimatum does he have a case for unfair dismissal or constructive dismissal? Obviously He has kept fairly tight lipped on his opinions. The small print in his contract will have been studied closely in the last week. Anyone versed in employment law care to share their knowledge?
