Yes, HS1 are more expensive so you will pay more if you have an ordinary ticket.

Victoria is a tourist area, so rip off prices. Belgravia to the north, most expensive area in Britain. If you have ten minutes to go west into Pimlico there should be local stores doing Polish beer for a quid or £1.25 a can
