I can't muster up enthusiasm for going to live games of semi-pro tier 3 RL. Hemel are my nearest club but the facilities and standard don't do it for me. Same at Skolars. |

And one already left gets a 2 year deal at Cas. Powell even states that Channing's tackling has improved massively since he joined Cas. What does that say about encroaching set up.

I always liked Channing, thought he had a great attitude - even with us his tackling wasn't as bad as say Sarginson's. I think Cas may have got themselves a little diamond there, our loss sadly. |

I was pretty sceptical when we signed channing, a small guy who didn't seem to be cutting it at London, it seemed like a pointless signing at the time. I'll happily admit to being wrong. As pointed out, his attitude, work ethic are superb, great footwork, evasive with decent speed and a good finisher. Sure his tackling needed to improve, Benny Westwood ran all over him first game, but it made him stronger and he earnt a decent contract. Really nice guy too.
