how come they are allowed to do that i thought the terms of being in the superleague is that you had to have your own ground

the attendance is going to drop really bad , I only live down road from saints and i know hundreds of ppl who walk to all home games from surrounding areas . they wont be doing that next season un less saints put free coaches on

Not at all, you just need a ground of suitable standard that you can play in. The DW is not our ground, we merely lease it.

why would they? Isnt the next franchise 2012?

It's not the fans fault and imo saints couldn't have handled this whole thing any worse

This is pretty embarrassing for saints but as expected there was no way it would be ready for next year they haven't even started it yet!



Hopefully they are in a financial position to absorb the financial loss of a chink of their income going away as you know for sure even if the attendances are the same they wont be getting all of that income

Could be a financial disaster for Saints this, their attendances will be down, they will have to pay rent and most likely won't get any income from food and drink on matchdays.
