Odd response, as far as I can see there have been a few people suggesting that the 4 min thing may not work. I can't see that anything for a 1 min section of any game could ever be co-ordinated, what about:



a) people who don't hear

b) people who don't do

c) people who forget as they are watching a game

d) anything in the game that would distract



I don't think that anyone has said "no" in the thread, and even if they did - it's up to them! Unfortunately the kind of attitude that you are showing is exactly what turns people away from giving/supporting.

Plenty of people on Saturday at the Stoop who might not be the type of people who would join in a demonstration of support as suggested were putting in handful of coins / notes into buckets to support this worthy cause .Each to their own way of support . Bye Bye .

If when we play saints wouldn't it be better to request on the 4th minute the ref stocks the clock and all players and fans do it?? That way everyone will have an idea of whats happening as its shown on the big screen and then the commentry team can't explain whats happening to those watching at home. Just standing up and doing it while play is happening would seem confusing and may not be picked up by sky. We have over a month to sort something and considering the Saints game is for JoiningJack it would better than big one.

Seems a bit odd to do it during the game. If something is happening in play, a fight, try, penalty etc, no one will do it.



If it's being done, do it at the start.

Should be in the 12th minute.London 2012 and all that.
