Wigan are the biggest club in the RL World, and always will be, its simple as that, and that alone brings resentment. I also thought the second Leeds try was put down after 3 forward passes on the bounce, the best team won by a mile, and well done to them too.

No, IMHO Wigan were by far the better side, and they did win, mistakes by the ref went both ways, that is the norm in every game.
The amount of times you lot in St Helens have had your pants pulled down by Leeds I would have thought you would have been happy ! |

Yes you did win and IMO just shaded it but to say you was the best team by a mile is utter rubbish.
No way I'll ever want Wigan to win not matter who your playing as I'd expect pies not to want saints to win. |

I remember for many years nobody cared about Warrington apart from proper local rivals, and in 2009 when we won the Challenge Cup we had fans of other clubs saying it was a breath of fresh air to see a new team having success etc. Then after 2010 everybody started hating us saying we were cocky and so on.
Wigan however have too much history with every other club after winning lots of trophies in the past and so there will always be some jealousy and resentment from then.
All seems a bit sad to me at the end of the day rugby players are rugby players and if they play well and win trophies they deserve success whoever you support.'"

just back from the game not the best from our side of the fence, but a win is a win and they will just have to content themselves with being jealous and we will just have to live with it.
It was surprising today that there were some fans of teams cheering for the opposition that i wouldnt have expected to ie barrow fans shouting for leeds. |

It's the ultimate irony. Leeds are past masters of the forward pass but if they hadn't let us score 16 in the first half it wouldn't have mattered would it?
I have not watched the whole game back yet (just up to JT's try) but I am sure one of theirs was forward as well. |

I loved the saints fans in the Wigan end that took delight in dancing and singing when Leeds scored, yet where nowhere to be seen when we won. Classy.
