do Cats want to come over here and play us or Wire...or would they prefer to play Bulls/wakey at home in week 1?...then come here in week 2 and play the losers of us, wire, stains, rhinos?

Never, ever. As the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for.

We probably won't be playing Catalans anyway. Assuming Wigan beat Saints, if Catalan win we play Saints but if Catalans lose we will probably play Leeds who I think will beat Hudds who have nothing to play for. I don't think Bradford will beat Catalans because I expect Wakefield to already have secured 8th spot by the time they play. So the most likely outcome is we play Saints in the first round of the play-off.

Unless we lose to Saints in which case we will play Catalans or Leeds, which is the reason behind this thread I believe.

Think the fact there are less than 400 seats available in the 3 home stands tells you that it isn't a meaningless game. There will be a sea of cherry and white baying for Saints blood. Beat them this week, beat them next week, beat them every week is how we should going about the game.

i think that's more to do with the LLS presentation, but playing 'them' is still a factor, however i do agree, we need a win to put a marker down and get some momentum going into the play off's

Going off the playoff crowd last year I would totally agree.
