You have to remember the Leeds coach also said when asked early in the season about the injuries at Leeds " Hopefully the other sides will have a few to even it up a bit " no class at all.

It was riddell who went over and all he did was shout get up

Never wish an injury on player, certainly not one as serious as this, but I have no sympathy for him whatsoever, if he hadn't of cheated he wouldn't have been injured himself. There's certainly no foul play from Wigan as that cretin mclennan claims.

I dont condone what he did,but in all honisty if the roles were reversed i would want one of our players to do the same

He cheated, paid the price. He doesn't cheat, he doesnt get injured simple as. No sympathy for me.



As for Mclennan, he was a disgrace after the full time whistle last night. I understand it was an awesome game full of action and emotion, but to claim it was an "off the ball incident" after the tackle is ludicrous based on what I've seen, and the least he should have done is talk to Danny before coming out with that kind of remark. Im pretty sure in football that kind of thing would be classed as "bringing the game into disrepute" and in the past coaches have had bans etc for such things.

So are you suggesting every player who commits a penalty offence should have their cruciate ligaments ruptured? Because it's sort of sounds like you are.

So sorry to hear the bad news on Danny Mcguire not all Wigan fans wish to see players injured it's a tough sport and these lads who play Rugby League deserve all the support we can give them. Best wishes Danny.

It's potentially a career-ending injury. Trumpeting a lack of sympathy is very uncharitable.



What McGuire did was immensely irritating, but it's not like he viciously or severely fouled somebody. He's not that kind of player, and I hope he makes a full recovery.



Wigan have won many friends this year - as was exemplified by the decent words expressed by lots of rival fans when Roberts got hurt. But some of these reactions are going to cost us.



Let's get some perspective. It's only a game.
