Weren't Leeds full time before us?
Didn't Leeds keep spending mega bucks on our star players so they could compete with us only for them to flop and we just went and made another star player?
Must have been disappointing for you to keep spending all that money to finish second to us in every competition. Alan (nobody beats me on my outside) Tate

If he never saw Miles play he isn’t old enough to know Leeds were the first full time club.
He will have years listening to the rest of the Leeds United ship jumpers tell him big bad Wigan were the first and only fully pro team in the league for 20 years. |

Always makes me laugh when opposing fans say we was pro for when we only turned pro around a year before Superleague same time as Leeds,we was dominant for years before that.
Also next is you bought the best players,no we got some good ones (Hanley,offiah)some came home (Greg etc),some we took a punt on (Bell,West etc) some we made into good if not great players (Ged Byrne.Ian Potter)
and some home grown (Gildart,Edwards etc).What we did what gelled this fantastic era together was two of the best coaches (Lowe and John Monie) That was prob the best move.
