What a gross stereotype. As of November 2010 Wigan had around 8,500 claiming job seekers allowance. As of December 2010 St Helens had around 4,700.

Right I'm going to reply because Harry Hill has just finished and I'm bored. To start with you have started with 2 different moments of time. In the month of December 4000 people in Wigan could of got a job? And they are not exactly up to date statistics.



Also is that counting Wigan as the town or the borough? I would guess at the latter. With St Helens having a population of around 100,000 and Wigan 300,000 it shows that the ratio of people without a job in St Helens is higher than that of Wigan.

The point I was making was no point moaning now as the games over. I mean that for both sides.



The pass for meli prob was forward but I'm sure you'll score from a forward pass this year. That's rugby!

Both was figures on the town, discounting areas such as Billinge, Orrell etc for Wigan.



Also it was in no way a pop at Wigan, I was just pointing out its a dumb thing to say.



I find it personally offensive when I go to University 5 days a week and then work Saturday and Sunday that you class all people from St Helens as basically scruffs claiming benefits not trying to get work. Yes we have a population of people that have that in St Helens, so does Wigan, so does any region of the UK you could care to look at.

yes thats what i though as well,if the ref and linesman doesnt see a forward pass then theres nothing that can be done about it.The dropout though was farcical the ball was well over the line in the field of play

Saint Pete you are correct about our defence, it held out for much longer than i expected

so well done to the lads for that,but how good were Saints to come back at us.? It's so easy for us to sit and watch the match and then

say so and so should have done this that and the other, of course it's so different to actually

playing the game and doing it. I feel that Saints are in a transitional period at the moment,after losing

Long, Scully, Gidley and Cunningham plus a few others in the last few years. and appointing a new coach.Make no mistake about it you will get back to the force you were a couple of seasons ago. Just let us win a few more trophies before you do please.
