| Quote Conroy="Conroy"The 2003 season games are the best for me. Winning at home with a team of kids and then coming back from 20-0 down after as many minutes to score 38 unanswered points away.
Luke Robinson's little swagger as he got up after scoring his hat-trick try was superb. Really peed the stains fans off.'"
To add icing on that cake, I lost my ticket to the game during "pre-match drinkies" but given the (continued) inadequacies of the turnstiles utilised at the GPW, was able to wait patiently in turn before vaulting over and disappearing into the crowd before the stewards could find me.

No, it was 1986. It's on the 1986/87 season review.

| This came to me this morning I don't know why....
Does anyone remember the announcer playing the Monkees 'Cheer up sleepy Jean' during a break in play and everyone to a man joined in with Cheer up Ian Millward......needless to say it was never heard again.

| Quote Father Ted="Father Ted"A Golden Oldie!
Championship Play Off 1959/1960 season.
Wigan stand off Dave Bolton was injured and Wigan announced that they would play Mick Sullivan at 6 in his place.
All Saints fans complained it was a tactic to get Alex Murphy sent off and Wigan get a win. Sullivan was then as good an "enforcer" as you'll ever get never mind his being a wingman. A 1950s/60s Dean Bell!
Game hadn't been going long and the biggest fist fight between two players you'll ever see took place. Between, of course, Murphy and Sullivan. Referee Eric Clay sent both off!
Result St Helens 9 Wigan 19.
Never to be forgotten!!!!!!!'"
Billy B scored two that night. It was played on a Saturday night to avoid clashing with the FA Cup final in the afternoon.

| Quote AJ="AJ"65-12, got home and then extended highlights instead of brief clips were on sportsnight because the England/Rep of Ireland fans couldnt stop fighting!!'"
I think you've got your games mixed up there mate, 65-12 was in '97.
We played at KR in a midweek cup replay in Feb '95 which was the night of the Rep of Ire v Eng international. I know we won the game but what score was it?
