Wakefield were lucky to win, far too many brain farts from L Smith, Sykes, Fox. The 2 points are what we went for so the score is as it is.

Thats been the story at wakey for as long as i can remember. We have no idea on how to shut a team out. we had plenty of senior players who should take control. Good effort from the pack to put us on the front foot, but unable to take full advantage. The sky team seem to find it hard to say anything good abot us.

That's irrelevant. What's important is that we don't have the winning nouse, even though we may be comfortably the best team.

We scraped a win tonight, maybe that's a catalyst. We sure needed it.

Sykes 4th tackle ripping ball out braindead could of cost us. 1 line summed our season up.

To be fair at least 4 of the 7 wins at the end of last season were 'scraped'... Wins have to be fought for... And the boys did that today.

Widnes are very tough at home, so that's a good 2 points.

Got to give some credit to Widnes - it was close game because they came at us hard and played well; we never really had an opportunity to close the game out because it was nip and tuck all the way.
