Like they would say, yes we are skint on a rugby forum. On their landmark site at paragon (which they own) recent drilling works are being carried out on the non developed land which seems to show funds available for ongoing developments.

It was never going to be all their own money, they are working on deals with various investors to get the deal that is right for them.
