Hopefully he will get a chance to impress this season and earn a new contract.

It would be great to see him and young Slater emerging over this next season following Walshaw, Trout and Cowling last season.

Added the Paul McShane rumour. I agree that its unlikely but I've added it nevertheless.

Looking like a good squad in my opinion. Confirming Mathers would be useful, then maybe another utility back? Mellars can play second row so with Collis and Smith in the centre, maybe we could sign Murphy? But warn him that he isn't guaranteed a place?
