Im a big fan of kear and think his motivational skills are second to none however is he tactially inept and i feel the club could do with a change.

the club has gone stale time for something different in my opinion.

A couple of bad games and the knives are out...shame on you

I know everyone has the right to an opinion.... BUT



I don't think kear's time at this club is / should be coming to an end.



There has been an unbelievable amount of disruption to the team and imo the least he deserves is time to re-group and sort it out.

Whilst I agree some of his selections were off today I can not and will not accept that statement as being correct

John Kear has been a great coach for us for the last few years, no one will forget the way he saved us from relegation when he first came here, he has set up a fantastic youth system which went on to win the Academy grand final last year but we seem to be going backwards now. The team seems to lack direction, ideas and most of all effort, passion and motivation.



This has been the same all season, and we only have the points we do as we have come up against some poor sides and teams out of form.



Is it time to bring in a younger coach with new ideas, ie Powell at Fev?

Well it took till nearly 8 o clock!



SBC do you really think ant other coach would have even got us franchise 1 with the resources he had.......er no!



and without him you can kiss goodbye to franchise 2



he is at this present moment our ONLY high profile asset, so lift up rock and go beddy bye byes!

The facts are that this kind of result was always going to happen eventually. From what I have been told (as I didn't go today) we are carrying dead weight in Tronc (just going through the motions and very badly at that) and we are in desperate need of a marshalling scrum half. As for Kear gone as far as he can, well that's just ridiculous. One thing I would like to see the back of though is the sliding defence, which from what I have seen only has the ability to slide away from the ball.

i dont believe some of the posts i read sometimes, do some posters on this site have double acounts and pretend to be cas fans too. how can you call for kear to go after the start you have had, its just like the people on our site protesting against TM when half of our side are lame. UNBELIEVABLE.

If we had newton, brough, tronc(on first games form) id be more receptive to this post, but losing those players makes a very big difference.
