Mary C - Wakefield MP has placed two brilliant letters of objections to the council in particular the 2nd one spells out the new value of the land due to HS2 & asks for a new 106 agreement to be granted/placed because of HS2 which is available to the council !

Now where does Box & the council stand - if they are genuine this current stalemate with Yorkcourt should be over & brought to a conclusion. I strongly recommend you read Mary's full 2nd letter.

There is no room for not carrying out this stadium now The new sec of state intends to buy & build - HS2

However I am jumping the gun -- I forgot about the Box prevention factor !!!!!!

Not a big fan of MC, but more power to her elbow. Very good letter of objection. Does anyone know how many objections were finally lodged?
