Not unsurprised by tonight’s result, number of times we ve been on a roll gone to Huddersfield and been tonked.



But enforced swap of whitbread and bringing in Lino hardly helped , always thought we had more chance of beating Warrington at home than Huddersfield away.



Priority has to be our home games,.



Having said that we were talking about half back win loss ratio s , Lino must have one of the worst of any scrum half that’s ever pulled on the shirt. Guy is total crap why we’ve given him a three year deal I can’t understand - tackling and defence - total turn stile , goal kicking - oops he doesn’t do any , game control - least said soonest mended , in field/last tackle kicking hmmm

Its a bit much when all the hope was pinned on the likes of Dagger and Kay, who are primarily utility players.



If we do stay up, and that is still quite a big if, it is definately a position we need to look at.



Lino hasnt performed well for three years up to now, sad to say, i dont think he ever will.



Do we rely on him, a good halfback, but one who really doesnt have the legs any more, or do we bumble around and hope with utility players

He shouldn't have just walked back in to the team, i've not been impressed and tonight there was a definite decline in performance. Is it him that instigates the one pass rugby?

One of several unfortunately. There are some where some fans sre being wax lyrical over a couple of half decent performances, following months of total garbage

Sorry but think people are blinkered if they blame tonight's performance just on lino Huddersfield have a good team compared to ours and showed tonight. They were younger fitter and a yard quicker all round. I cannot fault our efforts, especially amount of possession Huddersfield had for most of the game. We are too slow in a lot of areas i.e both centres, back row . Wa lot to make up but wouldn't surprise me if Huddersfield don't go near making the play offs.

The loss of Dagger was a big blow.

Huddersfield away, Trinity take a decent following and get thumped.

Whilst that is 100 percent correct my observation was more about how we play far better in attack when Lino is not in the team and I genuinely struggle to see what he contribute

Applegarth at fault here,we've had a shocking start turned a bit of a corner with players sheer grit & bloody mindedness.whitbread a blow, but all problems stemmed from slow ball, dagger & kaye even hood looked different players against salford.To bring in lino who brings slow ball,indecision,poor defense is mind numbing.This is a poor coaching decision again,gayle although old has the skills & experience to lead us this guy just dosen't. As a lifelong fan only thing i know is to let the lads who give their all dig us out of this as our history shows, im not interested in nrl rejects or their contracts we've had countless flops.Please just stick with the winning team & back them as the fans are who travelled to shuds to watch the same crap he's produced in all his previous outings,crap decision mark also a kick in the teeth for a now bouyant squad.
