Anyone know why stosic didn't play?
Was he been rested due to his eye socket injury or has he picked up a knock in training?

just got back and away win at the end of the day thought we controlled the game for first 70 mins then we must of thought clock was 10 mins slow and not two.thought korky and fergersen where our best and atkins passed onto the wing at one point.young morton came on and didnt look out of place

I'm pretty sure it's just a case of the scoreboard not matching up with the actual game clock that the time keeper is controlling.
It's not the first time this season that a game has finished with a couple of minutes left on the clock on the scoreboard. |

| McRae said on Manchester radio that Brough & Drew ran the show they could'nt handle them.You can tell I'm not a coach as I did'nt think Drew did much for us.

He put Fergie through a gap with a peach of a pass for what i think was our 2nd try but apart from that i thought Drew was not at his best tonight. Not to harp back to old arguments but i thought we as a side and Brough inparticular looked better when Latu came on for Drew. 5 times in the opening 20 and in there 20, we got to the 5th and Brough got into position only for Drew to kick himself or on 1 occasion go the other way to Obst. Brough must get the ball in that situation as it is probably our most attacking threat as was shown with the clever kicks in the 2nd half.

Game never really got going as ref was very picky and we did pack in for last 15mins but 2 valuable points and after last week thats good enough. |
