| Wakey is obviously 'reality rugby'
Korki leaves and comes back
Bj leaves and comes back
Franny Stephenson comes back as, well I am not sure
Jimmy Elston goes and comes back
Therefore If John was to go.... it would, if the board be given the choice,.......
Welcome back Casper
and above proved my point, ps it is bored

| Quote MUTLEY CAT="MUTLEY CAT"took a while but we have our first response worth considering , however this is from a confused wigan fan
who should be aware that the reason no one as mentioned him is the very fact he is loathed by wakey fans . he also comes with a lot of baggage.
on a more positive note our cheerleaders are more feisty than those wire ones and im sure that Sarah would love nothing more than to head lock him into submission.
thanks jonh but not for me.

I did not realise it was a popularity contest. Hope if/when Kear does move on the board does not go with that criteria.
Kear has earned the right to replace the 3 players you have lost, without doubt, but were he to leave Millward would be a realistic, quality coach with recent NRl experience and methodology.
As for the fans not liking him, fans are fickle you only have to read this very board to see that, a few good wins and they will accept anyone.
I personally would be shocked if a club in the mid to lower regions of the table were looking for a new coach that Millward would not be a serious contender, the job he is doing at Leigh for the second time is nothing short of fantastic.
King Millward, may not have the same ring to it though.

just pointing out the fact that no other wakey fan as come up with this , for me milward would be a step backwards as i dont think he could do a job with limited resources hes more of a spend spend spend to gain success

by your logic Andy Kelly and Mitch Brennan are in the running, you certainly seem to have a bee in your bonnet

| Quote jonh="jonh"not that i think Kear should be sacked, but if you or most SL clubs were looking for a replacement i dont think you would go wrong with Ian Millward.'"
Funnily enough, that was the name I suggested when Smith got the boot!

| If this was a serious thread then I would suggest we could go for Adrian Vowles who Cas are lining up or the soon to be departing Matterson
