I hope Carter rejects any bids from Cas/Leeds/Huddersfield because I am sick to death of us selling/letting go our players to our rivals. As for Collis' injuries half the squad last year kept picking up hamstring injuries.

He has actually only played 9 less games over three years than Ali, so I would suggest he is not yet a lost cause

Would be interested to know what hes paid . My theory is any overseas player that earns an extended contract usually is a decent earner after the original contract. If we could get a fee would Let him go as think could replace.

As for contract extensions, Collis was given one at the same time as Tim Smith and Kirmond, to stop clubs getting our players on the cheap when we were in the mire.

Ali's has been given to him when his current one is going to expire, so comparing the two contracts is a bit off the mark.

Hes an overseas player and didnt set the world on fire in the nrl before coming here. Loads of Fringe players overseas who would be equally as good and may play more games.

It wasn't a discussion about comparing contracts it was one about comparing injury records. And over the 3 years they have been here they aren't that dis-similar yet nobody was calling for Ali to be released. Collis has had one bad season, in the previous two he didn't miss too many.

Hope its wrong and he plays over 20 games next season for WTW as he's done previously. On his day he's class but he just needs a quallity centre to play alongside for us to have more impact outwide.
