He didn't knock on the ball was clearly reefed in a tackle that should have been called. Also your mis use of the word martyr is wrong as no one denies the sending off was correct, though Bailey should also have seen red. Surely you mean we shouldn't make a hero out of him just yet.
He made his presence felt in a pre season friendly, what else can you want. |

The only player who lost his cool was Poore. You could tell from the first tackle by Bailey when he got up swinging and mouthing off at him.
Did Poore "finish it"? Don't think some people on here realise that Bailey did what he does best: Rattled one of the opposition and got him to do something stupid. See the end of the Grand Final when half of the Warrington back line were more bothered by Bailey than continuing to attack.
At the risk of sounding clichéd, it was Classic Bailey. |
