Also is this not the same Government to persuade people to go out to restaurants with the “eat out to help out” scheme? No but we’ll never return to any sort of normality if businesses don’t return to normal, financially or socially. Going round to sit in some fellas back garden to dance around with your shirt off listening to god save the queen with a fosters in hand can surely wait another 12 months.
