Are we at the 22k that we added today with other work coming or have we already registered on that scale and then added w2k to it.



I like the Blue Peter type target to show us where we are.

I thought it to mean that the Newcold thet's already there is going to count and then the extension will take it up over the 40,000 mark. If this all turns out and as someone says above, a certain company doesn't go belly up, we might only need one more good sized development to take us to the trigger point.

Although I have been no lover of box due to this.



IF the efforts of the council lead to the stadium being built and the trigger point being reached then some of that may very well be down to him following up on this, albeit a bit late.



If his actions for now are to progress this and he does that for the benefit of Wakefield and Trinity then I will see him in a much better light and be thankful for the efforts.

So, do WT have to find £2M that was mentioned in last weeks council reply, or when the time comes will WMDC gift us £2M as intimated? If so I could see Cas and Fev getting into Box's ribs in the near future.

So if any other Business development builds there it will count towards the Trigger total ie if Clarks Brewery go they.



Also do we have a precise figure for a stadium to be been built and design and who would build the Stadium, Does the trust decide who builds it and what it cost's and IF the council are saying they will help Financially, Hopefully the 2 Million promised before so cant the trust get things started regarding getting the foundations going with the moneys promised for the stadium OR do we have to wait until the 60sq is Triggered

The attitude of the council APPEARED to take a positive turn today. That attitude to the situation should have been there all along from the beginning.



Nevertheless it is still a change in stance and they should be given a chance to deliver. However in my opinion they should also be working against the clock and if things start to drift, they should be put under even greater pressure.
