No idea why noone is mentioning us in the mix for relegation as we are the worst team around right now. You should win against us and you would only need one more, with Watson talking his usual crap and our owner not looking like getting rid of him nothing will change with our performances this season.

| Wow, just Wow.
Still in ( a bit of) disbelief tbh......
Missed the two wins and was actually *barred* from going last night.....
Managed to sneak in though....
Great to see all the retro shirts too
Hats off to them all from 1-17.... And Mash.
That for me was one of the best performances in the last few years, don't like mentioning the ref, but lets be honest he gave us nowt until the last minute.....
Think the pies thought that they just had to turn up to win....
Up the Trin and see you all at Shudds.

| Quote PopTart="PopTart"Massive team effort there.
It was all those 1% gains that won that.
We weren't perfect but kept pushing and playing with confidence.
Try saving tackle from Max
Lineham coming in to shut down an attack
Kershaw breaking but running a sensible line to keep Field away
Langi running past their players to recover a loose ball
Dave's big run at the end to set up the drop goal
The chase to keep Field deep in his own half
The list goes on.
All small wins but they all added up to a golden point victory.
Kay has players player sewn up I think.'"
Who ever else was it going to be?

| When I saw Gale and Lino etc out, I honestly thought it would be a straight forward win for Wigan.
The guts on display from you guys was incredible.
Keep getting behind your team and good luck for the rest of the year.

Guts, I think that's the right word, looking at the two teams no way should we be winning that game. Wigan had the quality, Trinity had the guts. Dagger is a cold as ice at crucial times and although like many I was annoyed we lost Hall, we would not have won any of the games without his contribution.
What the catalyst is I don't know, Fifita, the coach finally get his team playing something like, but that was the Wakefield of old. Instead of whimpering out of SL we're now given it a good go.
Where that has been all season I have no idea. Confidence plays a massive role in sport but the turn around is nothing short of remarkable. We were dead and buried with no hope. I'd given up. Now. Rightly or wrongly I have hope.

| Can I just put a word for Kay putting 100% in were ever he plays.Had a great game last night ,along with a lot more, especially the pack All forwards running in hard and tackling hard .gaining meters for fun..We have started to pass the ball a meter infront of the player receiving the ball ,so they can run on to it at speed ,instead of at them .Were as that come from .? Not seen it in first 15 games .

| Wigan have pace to burn but lack direction by trying to fit 2 square pegs into a round hole in Field and French and they desperately need to sort that out.
Mash got his tactic spot on and dragged them into that dog fight and Wigan faded under the pressure. It was a great team performance and a huge result.
I’ve bagged Atoni all year but credit where it is due he’s like a new signing. The pick up and pass to set up the try from the Field error under the high ball was sublime.
Dagger for me though could be the signing of the season, regardless of how he came to us.
He is a threat with ball in hand, has pace and his kicking out of hand off the tee and obviously with the drop goal was vital.

| When it got to Golden Point I feared for the inevitable, our success rate with Golden Point isn't great ... but what a
win, the fighting spirit is wonderful to see (finally). Momentum is with us, let's keep that going next week.
We aren't safe by a long shot, but we are giving it a bloody good go!
