It quite common and helps finance stadium builds lot of examples of apartments/flats built within corners of the stadium or back of stands. Lots of football stadiums have this set up. |

Retail park and student accommodation, wonder how they'll fit that on to the Superbowl site and still have some parking for said retail park. I suppose it depends how much accommodation they want and how high they can get planning for it. |

Just watching west ham v saints didn't know that as Tennant's that they can only us Olympic stadium on match days and cannot train there ,hope that is not the deal for trinity
