He clearly isn't coming as an assistant. Willie if he gets the job will probably have a trusted person in mind.

Have you seen the coverage on YT for the England Knights trip over to AUS and PNG? Completely changed my opinion on the guy, results didn’t go his way in those few weeks but thought he composed himself very well in the clips we saw and really guided the younger lads.

Didn’t a poster on here recently state they worked for the club? Would think they’d know more than most, guess they’ll have been told to keep a lid on any inside info.

Personally I wouldn’t put that loss down to Willie, he’s come in and got that initial response from the players. I’m sure he never prepared them to play like that just as CC wouldn’t have, but as soon as they perceive an easy afternoon, whoever it may be within the squad, have let their standards slip again. Whoever gets the job can’t sack an entire squad but they need to identify the weak links and clear em out, otherwise I just see any real long term improvement whoever gets the gig.

And so they should ! Do you want someone to possibly lose there job for letting out confidential information just to keep a few nosey forum posters happy

I agree completely and I wasn’t suggesting that the poster should reveal anything, in fact I don’t even know who the poster is. I’m just sure I saw something recently and knowing what some are like, didn’t know if something had been posted on the coach topic.

I was merely pointing out that if it were true, that a user of the forum did work for the club and had happened to post on the topic then you would think the information was more credible than other posts.



I don’t want any information, I’m actually quite enjoying the suspense. Not that I think it’ll do us any favours leading into next year. I’d prefer for the coach, whoever it may be to have as much time as possible to prepare for the season.

Is going to put out on this or any other rugby forum classified information about the next coach or possible assistant ! That is down to the club.

I’m not sure what sort of insult that’s meant to be or why you’ve got your back up but a simple yes or no would’ve sufficed.
