I did not get any of cas fans as not 1 around me caused any trouble. If they had I wudda as there is zero need for fights and aggressive attitude. My sister was very scared of the gang around us, we did complain to a steward but he said 'don't care put it in writing love' so I will!

Go to wakey every year & never seen anything like it. I love banter at game makes it better. But people who throw beer, punches or bottles arnt true RL fans.

It wasn't that bad really and we were stood in the middle of it, speaking to some Cas fans who thought it was ridiculous as well.



Bear in mind if it had been football then there would have been a bloodbath, at this game there were maybe what, 30 people ejected, no one seriously hurt (though I did see a chap with claret running from his forehead quite early on)

That requires a tannoy system and some lights for night games. I think the club should fence the sides and have front entry only for Wakey fans, managed by stewards.

It is pointless pointing the finger at either set of fans as being responsible in my opinion. No-one can honestly say that one set of fans behaved better than another. Those who threw things, goaded and charged at other fans: you are a disgrace, whoever you follow. Those of us who are rightminded should not get drawn into a whose fans were worst argument; both sides had fans who behaved appallingly. For me, both CEO's have a lot of explaining to do. The way this whole thing has been handled is nothing short of a joke. Tonight was a very sad day for RL in my opinion and both sides should hang their heads in shame.

i am sorry but it was our fans who were throwing bottles, they deserved to get thrown out. Hope they get banned forever. The club do not need these mindless idiots.

As a fan who who was in the animal enclosure, aka as the north stand, all I can say is Rapid Solicitors stadium, BV or what ever NEVER, NEVER again.



I have been to to the Boulevard and stood in the infamous threepenny stand, but have never seen what happened tonight, the scenes in the North stand were utterly utterly, disgraceful.



Really felt for the first time time that I don't want to be at a Rugby match.



To be confronted with chants of " ...what it like to s**g your mum" incessently, really takes the biscuit, is this what what SL has become?



The people who were ejected were infront of us didn't seen to be rank and file Wakey supporters they were IMO absolutely p****d out off their heads.



The blame (?) lies with the powers that be for allowing the match to start at 7:30pm giving the chavs time to get aled up.

Stewarding of the North Stand was to say incompetent, when the antagonism was at it's highest there was to my recollaction no more tha 4/5 stewards on the steps segregating(sic) the fans.

Always sad when scenes like this hit RL. The sad thing is all fans of the clubs involved get a bad name regardless of it being a minority of idiots who have little or no interest in the game itself.

As long as both clubs take measures to identify and ban the supporters involved there is nothing more that can be done. They also need to look at future games between the two teams and change the times accordingly to avoid a repeat of this situation.
