He would be eligible to play on Saturday as long as he's registered by Thursday. There's a extra time constrain by registration before a semi or a final but the QF falls under the same rule as a leagyue game.
I think the centre target is King, hence the use of non fed places elsewhere. He’ll be in demand and likely in no rush to commit to anyone. A few months ago I’d have said absolutely no chance, but we are starting to look like a serious outfit off the field so you never know. My money would still be on staying at Wire or Saints, other options for fed trained centres are limited. Never been a ‘happy clapper’ supporter but I trust what Myler and Cartwright are doing at the moment. I’m sure if they want a centre they’ll be looking at options.
