Can we still get tickets from the KC Stadium ticket office for our home games
Has I've been reading the city are now using self service ticket machines to get their tickets
Quote
From Friday 1st January 2016, the Club will be implementing changes in the way it sells tickets for matches.
The changes will see an increased drive towards selling through our online ticketing site and via our self-service ticket machines.
Although supporters will still be able to visit the KC Stadium Ticket Office, tickets from here will be sold through our self-service machines. Sales over the counter will be from our Tiger Leisure retail store, while telephone sales will remain in place.
Supporters, therefore, will be able to purchase home match tickets from the following outlets:
Online: Tickets will go on sale one month before the fixture from www.tigerleisure.com(print at home)
Self-Service Ticket Machines: Tickets will go on sale one month before the fixture from machines located in the KC Stadium Ticket Office, Tiger Leisure (Prospect Centre) and Flemingate Shopping Centre, Beverley (see below video for how to use)
Telephone: From one month before the fixture until three days before the fixture (eg until 5pm on Wednesday for a Saturday game) by calling 01482 505600. Please note tickets will be posted out and won’t be available for collection.
In Person: From Tiger Leisure (KC Stadium) for two days before the fixture (eg Thursday & Friday before a Saturday game) during normal opening hours.
Tickets will remain available online until one hour before kick-off (print at home) and from self-service machines at the KC Stadium until kick-off time.
Tickets for away games will be sold over the counter in Tiger Leisure (KC Stadium), online at www.tigerleisure.com and by telephone, with sale dates to be advertised via the Official Website as normal.

| Quote We are hoping for a good crowd for the derby and our first Super League game and I can't encourage supporters enough to get their tickets early from the club shop, online or over the phone to avoid any type of hassle,
Pearson's immediate concern is not with those who have opted to not renew their season pass, but how many of those fans will attempt to buy tickets on a game-by-game basis and struggle to do so because of changes at the stadium.
The closure of the ticket office at the KC Stadium in recent weeks has already seen some issues for Hull City fans, issues which Pearson hopes can be avoided when Hull play their first home fixture of the year against Hull KR on Sunday January 24.
Hull fans can buy tickets for home games from the club's two shops, online or over the phone, but will not be able to buy from the ticket office anymore, taking away the opportunity to buy on a matchday.
While Pearson has stressed the importance to fans of getting their tickets bought early for all home games, starting with the derby and then the Super League opener against Salford on February 5, the Mail understands the Black and Whites are exploring options to allow cash sales for tickets at the stadium on matchdays.
"We are hoping for a good crowd for the derby and our first Super League game and I can't encourage supporters enough to get their tickets early from the club shop, online or over the phone to avoid any type of hassle," added Pearson.
"With the SMC closing the ticket office, an avenue for ticket sales is no longer there, so it's important fans take this into account and get their tickets early."

| That is going to be a huge kick in the nads for the last minute walk up fan, especially if they don't have printing facilities at home.
What happened to the SMC serving both clubs??

| I just don't get this. Surely any department that manages a stadium is there to facilitate the most efficient methods of maximising attendances ... Yes ?
So why in our case is the SMC doing the exact opposite ? This looks like it's actually designed to reduce attendances. Maybe it's time we set up an area of the club shop totally dedicated to ticket sales only, we keep it separate from the merchandise , like a post office counter, and let's just keep control and make it as easy as possible for the fans. We just need to be seen to have a ticket sales area that looks like it is just that. ........and balls to Allam and his SMC.

| tried to buy Derby ticket over the phone today. Naturally wanted my seats & member discount. Was quoted £2.60 charge for 1 ticket !!!
Our web site doesn't allow the discount to be claimed.
Will drive to KC, rather waste money on petrol than be extorted by SMC, really really unsatisfactory all ends up.
Council really need to resume control of SMC & ensure run for the benefit of community & both clubs.
