Major changes need today after that garbage. Tansey looks the only one who can do out with ball in hand so let him have it more than anyone else at 7. Turner in at 6 to add a bit of pace in the halves. Enough is enough with Horne. Washbrook was the better of the two halves today and was amazed when he was took off instead of Horne.



Berrigan was shocking, looked half asleep. Be tempted to start with Houghton. Cusack couldn't break his way out of a wet paper bag, get Moa in. Burnett didn't do enough today but theres no one else unless Tickle is back.



Get Hall in the centres where can create something, and Calderwood in at 2. Whiting to full back as hes the next best option after Tansey.

Didn't think Washy was any better or worse than Horne TBH. Both totally ineffective.

Washbrook looked more likely at doing something than Horne. Still not acceptable though.

I agree and would go as far as to say give washy and long go might give horne the kick up the ar$e he needs.

No doubts..but Horney has not performed top drawer for a while, plus he plays a pivotal position which we cannot afford to do.

The team has quality players in it. I've posted it on another thread, but we have Fitzgibbon, O'Meley, Berrigan, Briscoe, Lauaki, Manu, all internationals. It's the coach's job to build a gameplan around optimising their strengths. And if we're so short of creativity in the halves when Long is absent, what are we paying Horne, Washbrook and Turner for?
