| Hi guys,
Please post your match predictions (final scores) for this coming fixture against the Castleford Tigers.
More importantly, what tactics do you think Agar will employ, with Phelps back and Horne getting pushed into the backs, will he throw Obst back on the bench again? which IMHO would be a bad idea, don't fix something that's not broken comes to mind.
looking forward to your thoughts,
Lewis

| Forward battle. If we play anything like 24 - 16 to Hull. He needs to improve his interchanges

| I think defence will be crucial, Cas play expansive and will ship the ball at every given opportunity..
Tough one to call as it depends which FC team turn up.

| Would like to see Obst start at 9 and Houghton drop to the bench, Horne move back into the halves and Phelps back at FB.
I think we'll win, 32-16.

Obst is more effective coming on nearing half time for me

| Last year we seemed to win the majority of close games by sticking to a low risk game plan. This resulted in a higher completion rate and less unforced errors than what we have seen so far this year. However it wasn’t entertaining to watch and our points for was not good. Also as pitches firmed up this is less effective, hence our results at end of year. I believe they have actively encouraged our players to be more expansive this year and take more risk. This has not paid off obviously although we have seen we can play in patches in this way. In doing so however, they seem to have lost respect for the basics and seem to want to score off every set. Good teams know when to grind out periods in the game and when to open up. We must learn that if we want to be successful.
If we play a more conservative game I think we will pinch it. If we play with this high risk strategy for full 80 like we have been then I think we may lose again.
Does anyone else think the players seem more anxious at home games then away these days? It should be the other way around shouldn’t it?

| Victory to Cas im afraid. It'll no doubt be a typical FC performance. Good in parts, poor in others but end in defeat.

| Trying to be optimistic, so will go 20-18 to us. Once again based on absolutely nothing except blind faith and an illogical view that surely we can't be atrocious 2 home games running.
As others have already mentioned, predicting our results is a precarious business, who seriously knows which FC will turn up. Will be there Friday night hoping for the best, fingers crossed.
